As part of the gradual replacement of ion detectors, the take-back and dismantling of ion detectors should take place in accordance with legal obligations on radiation protection and environmental protection and a take-back certificate should be issued.

As holder of the ASN authorisation, DEF is authorised to carry out all these operations relating to the recovery, dismantling, transport and treatment of ion detectors.
